Terms of service
Last updated 3 October 2026Please read these terms carefully. They explain the rules for using CryptoGift, including payments, wallet deposits and reseller plans.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and CryptoGift for the use of cryptogift.app. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- You sign in with Google and are responsible for keeping that Google account secure. Activity on your account is treated as yours.
- One person may hold one account. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
- You must not use the service where doing so is illegal for you, or if you are subject to sanctions.
3. Products
We sell digital gift cards, eSIM data plans and prepaid mobile top ups supplied by third-party brands and operators. Each product is also governed by the issuer's own terms, including validity, region restrictions and how it can be redeemed.
- Check the region shown on a product before buying. Codes may only work in the stated country.
- Mobile top ups are sent to the number and operator you enter. Make sure they are correct; we cannot reverse a top up sent to a wrong number.
- eSIMs must be installed on a compatible, unlocked device.
Prices, availability and listed brands can change at any time. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.
4. Orders and crypto payments
When you place an order we lock the crypto price for 30 minutes. If the exact amount is not received in time, the order expires and you can create a new one.
- Send the exact amount, in the selected coin, on the selected network. Paying the wrong amount, coin or network can delay or prevent delivery.
- Network fees are paid by the sender and are not refunded.
- An order is fulfilled after the payment reaches the required number of blockchain confirmations.
5. Wallet deposits
Each account gets personal deposit addresses on BNB Smart Chain, Polygon and Solana. Only USDT and USDC are supported, and each is counted as 1 US dollar.
- Sending any other token, or using any other network, can result in permanent loss. We are not able to recover unsupported deposits.
- Deposits show as pending once seen on-chain and are credited after the confirmations shown on the Wallet page.
- Wallet balance can be used on CryptoGift, for example to activate reseller plans. Withdrawals are not currently available.
- We may hold or reverse a credit made in error, for example after a blockchain reorganisation or a technical fault.
6. Reseller plans
Reseller plans are paid from your wallet balance and last one year from activation.
- Each plan price includes a wallet balance amount that is credited back to your wallet on activation, and a setup charge equal to the rest of the price. The breakdown is shown on each plan before you confirm.
- The setup charge is non-refundable once the plan is activated.
- Renewing the same plan adds one year after your current expiry and credits the plan's wallet balance again.
- Switching to a different plan ends the current plan immediately. Unused time on the old plan is not refunded.
- Plan discounts apply automatically to new orders while the plan is active. We may change plan prices and benefits for future purchases; changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for.
7. Points
Points are a loyalty reward with no cash value. They cannot be sold or transferred, expire 12 months after they are earned, and may be removed if earned through abuse or a mistake.
8. Refunds
Digital codes and top ups cannot be returned once delivered. If a code we delivered does not work, or an order fails after payment, contact support with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier and either replace the product or refund you.
Refunds are made in crypto to an address you provide, or to your wallet balance, at our choice. The refunded value is based on the order total, not on later changes in coin prices.
9. Prohibited use
You must not use the service:
- With funds from illegal activity, or to launder money or finance crime.
- For fraud, including using stolen accounts or chargeback schemes.
- To resell in breach of a brand's terms, unless you hold an active reseller plan and the brand allows resale.
- To attack, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service.
We may ask for information to verify your identity or the source of funds, set purchase limits, delay or refuse orders, and report suspicious activity to the authorities.
10. Suspension and closure
You can delete your account from the Account page. Accounts with wallet deposits are closed through support so balances can be settled.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe put users or the service at risk. Where the law allows, we will tell you why.
11. Risks of crypto
Crypto prices can change quickly, transactions cannot be reversed, and networks can be congested or fail. You use crypto at your own risk. We are not a bank, an exchange or an investment service, and wallet balances do not earn interest.
12. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by blockchain networks, wallets or third-party suppliers, or for amounts sent to unsupported addresses or networks.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order or plan the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
